Social Media Fan Posting Guidelines

The Scenic City Opera Social Media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) are places for friends, family, and fans to connect and interact with our opera company and with each other. We want to hear from you, and we welcome fan input on our pages. To ensure that these pages provide a positive experience for all fans, we ask that you please refrain from posting vulgar or profane words, spam messages, duplicate messages, or any other content that could be inappropriate for public conversation on our Timeline/s. In order to maintain a welcoming environment for constructive communication, we reserve the right to remove any content in violation of these guidelines and/or to ban fans who post such material.

If we believe it is necessary to respond to a fan comment using private communication methods — such as email, phone, or private message — we may ask the fan to correspond with us through those methods instead of on our Timeline/s. We reserve the right to ban any fans who are unwilling to comply with that request.
